Copyright
The TIGHC name, logo, and original source code across the Engine, Profiles, and Website repos belong to their author, StuxieDev. None of the three repos currently publish a separate license file — if you want to reuse, fork, or redistribute any part of TIGHC beyond what GitHub's own terms of service allow for public repos, ask first via legal@stuxie.dev.
Game profiles are built from each game's own default keybinds, which aren't TIGHC's to claim — the profile files themselves (the JSON structure, ranges, and bindings) fall under the same repo copyright as above.
Accuracy
Everything here — this site, the Engine, and the bundled profiles — is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Game profiles are built from publicly documented or manually confirmed default keybinds; several are explicitly marked in the Profiles README as inferred or unconfirmed against the actual game, and may not match if a game changes its defaults or if you've rebound keys yourself.
Hardware safety
TIGHC doesn't manufacture, sell, or test any hardware. It's your responsibility to follow your device manufacturer's own safety, charging, and usage guidance. TIGHC and its author aren't liable for injury, discomfort, or device damage arising from how you configure or use the software with your own hardware.
Accessibility
We aim to keep this site readable and navigable with a keyboard and screen reader, but haven't run a formal audit. If you hit an accessibility barrier anywhere on tighc.stuxie.dev, tell us at hello@stuxie.dev and we'll look at it.
Security
Found a security issue in the Engine, a profile, or this site? Please report it to hello@stuxie.dev before disclosing it publicly, so there's a chance to fix it first. There's no bug bounty program, but reporters who'd like credit are happy to get it.
Third-party links and services
TIGHC links to and, for the Engine, optionally talks to third-party services — Intiface/Buttplug, SteamGridDB, GitHub. We aren't responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any of them.
